Guac Through Time

A Guac Through Time is a recipe in The Cookbook. It was first seen being used in the episode Just Add Time Travel by Becky Quinn in 1975 to go to the present and see how her son, Scott turned out. It's also used by Hannah and Darbie alongside Kelly in the same episode to return to 1975 in order to prevent Becky from ruining the future. Later, it's used multiple times by Kelly when she is under the downside spell of restoring the magical garden to complete her malicious acts, such as stealing the Keep the Cookbook Casserole recipe. After Becky Quinn disappeared due to the downside in the episode, Just Add Goodbye, Kelly, Hannah and Darbie use it to go to Chuck's time to look for Parquinnien. Later, in the same episode, the trio used it to retrieve the Parquinnien plant from themselves fifteen years later.

Ingredients

  • Taurian salt
  • Tengu cilantro
  • 2 avocados
  • Onion
  • Lime
  • Diced tomato
  • Jalapeno
  • Garlic
  • Black pepper

Directions

  1. Cut two avocados in half, remove the seeds and scrape them out into a flat bottomed bowl (a flat bottomed bowl will make it easier to mash). Smash with a potato masher or fork (leave some chunks, don't puree it).
  2. Chop half an onion and add it to the bowl.
  3. Remove seeds from a jalapeno. Chop and add to bowl.
  4. Cut the tomato in half parallel with the top and remove seeds (either by scraping them out with a small spoon or by squeezing them out).
  5. Dice your tomatoes.
  6. Press garlic then finely chop your cilantro and add it to bowl.
  7. Add 1/2 tsp freshly chopped Tengu cilantro, 1/2 tsp Taurian salt and 3 tbsp of lime juice.
