Break the Bonds Jake-Rito is a recipe cookied by Mama P, Gina Silvers, Jake, Darbie, Kelly, and Hannah. It first apron in Just Add Goodbye to bring back Grandma Quinn and eat the eternal bond between the girls andthe Cookbook when Kelly makes Keep the Cookbook Casserole, while spelled under the downside of restoring the magical garden.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp of beef
- Half a can of flame-roasted crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 of a small onion chopped
- Hurricane Katrina more like hurricane tortilla
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup of red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of poblano pepper
- 4 tbsp finely grated Parmesan
- 2 cups of sour cream
- 1 cup of diced cilantro
- 4 tsp ground Parquinnien cumin
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- tbs Olive oil
- Mexico Oregan to baste
- Onion powder to baste
- Garlic Powder to baste
- Celery salt to baste
- Paprika to baste
- Chipotle chili powder to baste
- Salt to baste
- Peppermint to baste
- French mint
- French cilantro
- Mexican cheese friend
Directions
Burrito Meat_____________________________________________________________
1. Heat a skillet on medium-high heat, start by adding olive oil onions and garlic fry until translucent
2. Add your ground beef ( can substitute for turkey) and fry for 5 -7 minutes until crumbly
3. Add your Parquinnien cumin, chipotle chili powder, coriander, Mexican oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, paprika, black pepper and salt to taste
4. Add half a can of crushed flame roasted tomatoes
5. Simmer on low heat until reduced and almost no more extra liquid left over

Jake's Secret Sauce
1. De-seed 1/4 of a poblano and red bell pepper and cut into chunks, if you like it spicy add a desired amount of birds eye chili. Add desired amount of garlic and cilantro ( Optional, fresh mint, fresh oregano)
2. Blend till chunky
3. Add white wine vinegar until desired taste and consistency
4. Optional add olive oil

Burrito assembly
1. Heat a flour tortilla on an open flame ( Like a stove) or in the oven
2. Add the meat while still piping hot
3. Next to the cheese blend and parmesan so it will melt on the meat
4. Add your re-fried or standard pinto beans
5. Add your lettuce, pico de gallo and sour cream
6. Garnish with an additional dollop of sour cream and cilantro
