Extract the Magic Mac 'N Cheese was to get rid of the forget magic spell on Mama P, but it didn't work as they expected it because instead of extracting the magic they extracted the magic from Mama P a bit of her personality. By trying to extract the it resulted into a contagion. That is why they call the episode Just Add Contagion.
Ingredients
16 oz box of macaroni
1/4 cup butter
1 cup flour
1 pinch of Werpoes Salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups evaporated milk
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese {Shredded}
8 oz Cheddar Cheese {Shredded}
2 slices American Cheese
Directions
1.Boil pot of water and cook macaroni until *al dente*.
2.Drain pasta and set aside in a bowl.
3.In a medium pot, melt the butter on low heat.
4.Mix flour, Werpoes salt, dry mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder and whisk into the melted butter.
5.Whisk together butter and flour are incorporated then stir adding the milk.
6.Don’t stop whisking from the time you add.
7.Flour until the milk is all in inches.by only adding a little of milk at a time as to avoid the mix from spilling. (maybe ¼ cup at a time)
8.Heat the flour milk mixture until it starts bubbling.
9.Keep stirring very often or it will burn.
10.Put pasta into a different same size pot.
11.Once its bubbling then start adding the cheese a little cheese at time, making sure it melts before adding more…..
12.Until all the cheese is in and melted just add cheese on all of the pasta stir and serve.
