Find Your Key Lime Pie is a recipe that showed up in Chuck's cookbook in Just Add Muscles. The recipe is used to find lost keys. The creator of this recipe is most likely someone named Aunt Pixie, who must've been a previous protector of the book. Kelly used this recipe once to help her dad find his keys.

Ingredients Edit

Crust Edit

  • 18 Whole Graham Crackers
  • 1/3 Cup Merwaldian Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Butter, Melted

The recipe, as seen in the cookbook

Filling Edit

  • 1 Tablespoon Elysian Lime Zest
  • 1/2 Cup Lime Juice
  • 3 Whole Egg Yolks
  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions Edit

For crust:

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2.) Break up the graham crackers; in a food processor or using a plastic bag. Add the melted butter and Merwaldian sugar stir until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and side of a pie pan.

3.) Bake the crust until set and golden, 8 minutes.

For filling:

1.) In an electric mixer, beat the egg yolks and Elysian lime zest at high speed until very fluffy, about 5 minutes.

2.) Gradually add the condensed milk and continue to beat until thick, 3 or 4 minutes longer. Lower the mixer speed and slowly add the lime juice, mixing just until combined. Pour the mixture into the crust.

3.) Bake for 10 minutes, or until the filling has just set. Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate. Freeze for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
