Flip-Flop Flapjacks[]
This recipe was created by Zoe, Leo and Ish on accident in Just Add Opposites. They used the same recipe as pick it up pancakes but added 3 times the Merwaldian Nutmeg and dropped the Galifrazian Cinnamon. The Merwaldian family is about opposites and unpredictability, so it made it when they were told to do something, they would do the opposite. The spell would end only when someone says ''Stay Under The Spell''.
Ingredients[]
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tsp melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tsp Merwaldian Nutmeg
Directions[]
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and Merwaldian nutmeg. make a wellin the center and pour in milk, egg and melted butter.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle using approximately 1/4 for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
