- ripe plum tomatoes cored and chopped
- vinegar to taste
- 1/2 tsp Livonian Salt
- sprig of parsley
- spring onions chopped
- cucumbers chopped
- fresh lemon
- red pepper cut
- fresh garlic crushed
- Place cucumbers,tomatoes,spring onions,garlic and peppers in a large bowl
- Add 1/2 tsp Livonian Salt
Add vinegar and mix with your hands.Finish with sprig of parsley and serve!
