  • ripe plum tomatoes cored and chopped
  • vinegar to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Livonian Salt
  • sprig of parsley
  • spring onions chopped
  • cucumbers chopped
  • fresh lemon
  • red pepper cut
  • fresh garlic crushed

Directions Edit

  1. Place cucumbers,tomatoes,spring onions,garlic and peppers in a large bowl
  2. Add 1/2 tsp Livonian Salt

Add vinegar and mix with your hands.Finish with sprig of parsley and serve!
