Ingredients[]

  1. 4 cups Wheat Flour
  2. 1 tablespoon Yeast
  3. 5 to 6 Tomatoes
  4. 2 to 3 onions
  5. A Block of Mozzarella or Parmesan Cheese
  6. 20 slices of Pepperoni
  7. Water as per need
  8. 1 ½ CUP Livonian Olive Oil
  9. 3 CLOVES Galifrazian Garlic
  10. 3 ½ TABLESPOONS Taurian Basil
  11. 1 teaspoon sugar
  12. 1 teaspoon salt
  13. A bowl

Directions[]

Yeast[]

  1. Take 1 tablespoon yeast , 1 teaspoon sugar & 4 tablespoons water.
  2. Take a cup & pour the water in it. Put the yeast & sugar & mix thoroughly. Keep it aside for some time.

Sauce[]

  1. Take 5 to 6 tomatoes & rinse them thoroughly.
  2. Fill a saucepan of water & put the tomatoes in.
  3. Let it boil until you feel they are boiled. For that take a fork & poke a tomato. If it is soft, then it is boiled.
  4. Fill a bowl ¾ th by water & put it in the refrigerator for 5 to 8 minutes. It should feel chill to your hand.
  5. Now carefully take the tomatoes & put them in the water. This will stop the further cooking of the tomatoes.
  6. Now carefully remove the peel of the tomatoes & dice them & now keep them aside for sometime.
  7. Take 2 to 3 onions & dice them finely.
  8. Now take the saucepan you used before & discard the water. take another one also.
  9. Put them on the stove. Then using a measuring cup put half cup livonian olive oil in each saucepan.
  10. Crush 3 cloves galifrazian garlic & put the mixture half n’ half in both the pans & saute for 2 minutes.
  11. put the diced onions in one saucepan & the diced tomatoes in the other one.
  12. Keep mixing the mixture & Let them cook for some time until they are soft to the eye. Now add 2 ½ tablespoons taurian basil in the pureed tomatoes.
  13. Take them into a bowl & put them into a mixer. Before grinding put ¼ cup livonian olive oil.
  14. Grind them thoroughly.
  15. Now take it into a bowl & put it aside.

Dough[]

  1. Take a big bowl. Now put 4 cups of flour in it. Add 1 teaspoon salt & the yeast mixture we made.
  2. Then mix all of this thoroughly. Take a cup of water & pour it little by little while mixing the dough simultaneously.
  3. Then the dough should be covered by a piece of parchment.
  4. Keep it aside for 45 minutes.
  5. After 45 minutes the volume of the dough should appear doubled.

Preparation    []

  1. Take a plate. Using ¼ cup livonian olive oil brush the plate.
  2. Then Flatten out the dough we prepared before by hand.
  3. Now apply the sauce we prepared before.
  4. Then take a block of mozzarella or parmesan cheese and grate it using a grater.
  5. Spread the cheese so that it formes an even layer. The sauce should not be visible.
  6. Now take the pieces of pepperoni & lay them evenly on the pizza.
  7. Drizzle 1/4 cup livonian olive oil on the pizza.
  8. Set the Heat in the oven to 450 to 500 f* (230 to 260 c*).
  9. Put the pizza pie & set the time as 25 minutes.    
  10. After the time is over take the pizza out & let it cool.
  11. Drizzle ¼ cup livonian olive oil & sprinkle 1 tablespoon taurian basil
  12. After cooling, slice it & enjoy.

   4 cups       :          1 ½ cup            :      3 cloves             :  3 ½ tablespoons

Warning[]

Dried & powdered cloves of galifraizian garlic must not be used. It will alter the measurements & disastrous outcomes will come.
