Ingredients[]
- 4 cups Wheat Flour
- 1 tablespoon Yeast
- 5 to 6 Tomatoes
- 2 to 3 onions
- A Block of Mozzarella or Parmesan Cheese
- 20 slices of Pepperoni
- Water as per need
- 1 ½ CUP Livonian Olive Oil
- 3 CLOVES Galifrazian Garlic
- 3 ½ TABLESPOONS Taurian Basil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- A bowl
Directions[]
Yeast[]
- Take 1 tablespoon yeast , 1 teaspoon sugar & 4 tablespoons water.
- Take a cup & pour the water in it. Put the yeast & sugar & mix thoroughly. Keep it aside for some time.
Sauce[]
- Take 5 to 6 tomatoes & rinse them thoroughly.
- Fill a saucepan of water & put the tomatoes in.
- Let it boil until you feel they are boiled. For that take a fork & poke a tomato. If it is soft, then it is boiled.
- Fill a bowl ¾ th by water & put it in the refrigerator for 5 to 8 minutes. It should feel chill to your hand.
- Now carefully take the tomatoes & put them in the water. This will stop the further cooking of the tomatoes.
- Now carefully remove the peel of the tomatoes & dice them & now keep them aside for sometime.
- Take 2 to 3 onions & dice them finely.
- Now take the saucepan you used before & discard the water. take another one also.
- Put them on the stove. Then using a measuring cup put half cup livonian olive oil in each saucepan.
- Crush 3 cloves galifrazian garlic & put the mixture half n’ half in both the pans & saute for 2 minutes.
- put the diced onions in one saucepan & the diced tomatoes in the other one.
- Keep mixing the mixture & Let them cook for some time until they are soft to the eye. Now add 2 ½ tablespoons taurian basil in the pureed tomatoes.
- Take them into a bowl & put them into a mixer. Before grinding put ¼ cup livonian olive oil.
- Grind them thoroughly.
- Now take it into a bowl & put it aside.
Dough[]
- Take a big bowl. Now put 4 cups of flour in it. Add 1 teaspoon salt & the yeast mixture we made.
- Then mix all of this thoroughly. Take a cup of water & pour it little by little while mixing the dough simultaneously.
- Then the dough should be covered by a piece of parchment.
- Keep it aside for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes the volume of the dough should appear doubled.
Preparation []
- Take a plate. Using ¼ cup livonian olive oil brush the plate.
- Then Flatten out the dough we prepared before by hand.
- Now apply the sauce we prepared before.
- Then take a block of mozzarella or parmesan cheese and grate it using a grater.
- Spread the cheese so that it formes an even layer. The sauce should not be visible.
- Now take the pieces of pepperoni & lay them evenly on the pizza.
- Drizzle 1/4 cup livonian olive oil on the pizza.
- Set the Heat in the oven to 450 to 500 f* (230 to 260 c*).
- Put the pizza pie & set the time as 25 minutes.
- After the time is over take the pizza out & let it cool.
- Drizzle ¼ cup livonian olive oil & sprinkle 1 tablespoon taurian basil
- After cooling, slice it & enjoy.
