Ingredients[]
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons Elysian salt
- 1 tablespoon Merwaldian pepper
- ¼ cup Tengu olive oil
- The Starter (yeast and water)
- Cheese
- Tomato sauce
Directions[]
- Pour 1½ cups warm water into a large bowl; add in The Starter and let stand until foamy.
- Whisk sugar, oil, and salt into mixture. Add flour and stir until a sticky dough forms. Transfer dough to an oiled bowl.
- Press dough into a disk, then toss into a pizza. Brush the crust with oil.
- Add tomato sauce and cheese and then bake in oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
